Counseling

Compassionate, Individualized Support for Life’s Challenges

You don’t have to be in crisis to come to therapy. You just have to show for starters.

A lot of people who find their way to Tenon Collective are self-aware enough to know something isn’t working — they just haven’t had a space to really dig into it. That’s what counseling here looks like.

We work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, relationships, and complex relational trauma. Our approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a non-pathologizing framework that sees every part of you as meaningful, not something to be managed or exiled.

A lot of the people we work with are male-identifying, high-functioning, successful by most external measures, and quietly aware that something important is missing. They’ve tried to think their way out of it and maybe have even spent years in talk therapy gaining a lot of insight. But, it hasn’t fully worked. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Tenon Collective is a gay-owned, LGBTQ+ affirming practice. You don’t have to translate yourself here.
