Payment FAQs
We believe that therapy works best when it’s tailored to your needs—not dictated by insurance limitations. That’s why we offer flexible self-pay options in addition to accepting most Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO plans.
Do you accept self-payment?
Yes. In fact, many clients are starting to prefer self-pay because it allows for:
Greater privacy – Your records stay confidential, without an insurance company dictating care.
More control – No restrictions on session length, frequency, or the type of support you receive.
Deeper, more meaningful work – Therapy isn’t just about symptom management; it’s about real, lasting change.
What are you Counseling/Coaching Rates?
Please contact us to learn about current self-pay counseling and coaching rates and packages.
For those who wish to submit to insurance, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement consideration by your insurance provider (depending on your out-of-network benefits).
Do you accept Insurance?
We accept most BCBS PPO plans, but coverage varies. Always contact your insurer directly to verify:
Your mental health benefits
Out-of-pocket costs (co-pays, deductibles, etc.)
Whether pre-authorization is required
Can you estimate the cost of my care?
Of course, you will be provided a Good Faith Estimate if you chose not to use insurance.
