If you’ve found your way here, it’s because we likely know each other, and I wanted to make a very formal–informal announcement and introduce you to Tenon Collective.

Tenon is an organization I’m building to help individuals, teams, and organizations come together in a world that’s pulling us further apart.

We believe that relationships and connection are the foundation of everything meaningful—personally and professionally. And we know that businesses have been growing on the backs of human effort and connection for generations.

At Tenon, we bring a supportive voice and results-oriented action to the conversation about workplace culture, leadership, and belonging. We believe it’s not unreasonable to expect a return on investment that goes beyond financial gains—and that connection, safety, and shared purpose are worth investing in.

We help individuals reconnect with themselves, teams reset their dynamics, and organizations recalibrate toward healthier, more human-centered ways of working.
