Why I Started Tenon Collective

It’s Great to Meet You (Again)!

If you’ve found your way here, chances are we already know each other—and we’re so glad you’re here. Consider this a formal-informal introduction to something I’ve been building with care: Tenon Collective.

What Is Tenon Collective?

Tenon exists to help individuals, teams, and organizations come together in a world that often pulls us apart.

We believe meaningful work begins with human connection—and that businesses have always grown on the strength of people coming together with purpose.

Why Tenon? Why now?

After years of working at the intersection of mental health and organizational development, I saw a need for something more grounded, more relational, and more human. That’s where Tenon comes in.

We bring a supportive voice and results-oriented action to conversations about workplace culture, leadership, and belonging.

We believe return on investment shouldn’t stop at financial gains—because trust, safety, and shared purpose are worth investing in, too.

We are also building a network—the “Collective”—of like-minded individuals and organizations who are working to (re)connect the often fractured worlds of mental and organizational health.

How Tenon Helps

We work with:

  • Individuals looking to reconnect with themselves and others through counseling and coaching

  • Leaders who are already doing the hard work of soft skills and are looking for more support and guidance.

  • Teams ready to reset their dynamics, align, and move forward with deeper trust

  • Organizations eager to recalibrate toward healthier, more human-centered ways of working together to achieve their highest potential

What we do:

  • Mental health counseling for individuals seeking clarity, support, and meaningful growth

  • Coaching for people navigating transitions, leadership, or purpose-driven work

  • Training Programs focused on psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and people-first practices

  • Workshops to help teams reconnect, reset, and strengthen and align on how they work together

  • Team Coaching to help incorporate and codify learnings and commitments

  • Consultation and facilitation for organizations seeking to build healthier, more connected environments
